These Terms of Service govern your use of the FAMUS Music application and the famusmusic.com website (together, "the Service"), operated by Reebootradio LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using FAMUS Music, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using FAMUS Music, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 17 years old to use FAMUS Music. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
FAMUS Music is a streaming service featuring music from independent artists. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content through the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (such as playlists, profile information, and other submissions). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.
You agree not to post content that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. The app provides tools to report content and to block other users; reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours where required.
FAMUS Music carries music from independent artists only. Artists who upload music to the Service must own or control the rights to their recordings, including any samples, and accept the FAMUS Music Artist Contributor Agreement before any upload is published. Artist uploads, warranties, takedowns, and payouts are governed by that agreement, not by these consumer terms.
DJ-focused subscription tiers are sold separately on famusmusic.com and are governed by the FAMUS Music DJ Subscriber Agreement presented at purchase. Access to DJ features does not change the streaming license in Section 4.
Free-tier listening may include advertising or promotional content between or alongside tracks. Premium subscribers receive ad-free listening.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our registered DMCA Designated Agent:

Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder, and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We respond to valid notices, remove infringing material, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
The FAMUS and FAMUS Music names, logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Reebootradio LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All software, design, and other materials that make up the Service are owned by Reebootradio LLC or its licensors.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR CONTENT WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REEBOOTRADIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account).
We may assign these terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate, successor, or acquirer of Reebootradio LLC or of the FAMUS Music business without your consent. You may not assign these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
